Home Decor Pinterest Pin Templates | 100 Canva Templates

Home decor Pinterest pin templates should do more than give you a pretty layout. If you use Pinterest to promote home decor products, you need templates that help you show multiple products, catch attention, and give people a reason to click.

You probably don’t need another generic Canva template with a pretty room photo and a quote on top. You need something you can actually use for home decor finds, product recommendations, seasonal content, and affiliate links.

What I Look for in a Home Decor Pinterest Moodboard Template

A good home decor Pinterest pin template needs to do more than look aesthetic.

First, the pin should match what the person is looking for. If someone searches for coastal kitchen ideas, the pin should show them products they could use to create that look, like a rug, bowl, vase, wall art, or pretty glasses.

That’s much more useful than a random inspirational photo.

I prefer using multiple products in one pin. One product doesn’t give people much to look at. A collage can show four, five, or six products that work well together. This gives people more ideas and more products to check out.

Then there is readability.

I design for people scrolling on their phones, which means large, readable text and strong contrast. You also don’t want to put too much text on a pin. There needs to be enough to get the message across without making the pin hard to read. I particularly like fonts such as League Spartan for Pinterest because they stay readable at smaller sizes.

And yes, I believe in CTAs.

Inside my 100 home decor Pinterest pin templates

My Pinterest Home Decor Moodboard Template Pack includes 100 editable Canva templates, sized at 1000 × 1500 px for Pinterest.

But I didn’t make 100 versions of the same layout.

Every template has its own combination of layouts, colors, products, themes, and visual direction. You’ll find home decor collages, Shop the Look concepts, cozy living room essentials, small-space decor ideas, kitchenware, vases, trendy home finds, price-based collages, and much more.

I also went heavily into specific aesthetics and seasonal opportunities.

Think coastal decor, cottagecore, French country coastal kitchens, coastal elegance, sardine-inspired decor, green home decor, Christmas decorating, Halloween finds, neutral spooky season, New Year decor, autumn finds, and other trend-driven concepts.

And I didn’t stop at home decor. I included gift guides, summer finds, travel essentials, workspace ideas, fashion-related collages, beauty, and other product categories because affiliate creators don’t only recommend sofas and vases.

You also get a large collection of cutout PNG assets, including furniture, decor, lighting, and textures, alongside the done-for-you collage layouts. The product page includes the full breakdown of what’s included.

Why I Designed These Home Decor Pinterest Templates Differently

That’s shaped how I design.

I don’t recommend quote pins for this type of marketing. I don’t recommend tiny decorative fonts that nobody can read on a phone. I don’t recommend targeting everyone with something vague like “beautiful home decor.”

I’d rather create something specific:

  • Home decor finds for an Amalfi lover.
  • Kitchen finds for the tomato-girl aesthetic.
  • Coastal decor for someone creating a coastal cottage kitchen.
  • Gift ideas for homebodies.

You might get fewer impressions by becoming more specific. That’s okay. If the people seeing your pin actually want what you’re showing them, those impressions can be much more valuable.

I also deliberately built the templates for testing. You can take one layout, change the products, headline, colors, and audience, and create multiple variations. With 100 starting points, you have a lot of room to test what your particular audience responds to.

That’s how I’d use them myself: test, look at the clicks, identify what works, and make more of that.

Who are these home decor pin templates for?

They’re especially useful for home decor and lifestyle affiliate marketers and content creators promoting products through Amazon, LTK, ShopMy, Benable, or similar platforms.

They’re also useful for interior stylists, designers, and creators who need polished product moodboards for clients or their own content.

They’re probably overkill if you need one moodboard every three months and genuinely enjoy designing everything from a blank Canva canvas.

But if you’re regularly turning product recommendations into Pinterest content, the value is different. You’re not buying one finished pin. You’re buying a library of starting points, visual assets, and layouts you can customize and test.

One important reality check: these templates won’t magically make a weak product sell. They won’t replace Pinterest SEO, product research, or consistency, and I would never promise that posting 100 unchanged templates will produce thousands of clicks.

The point is to make the design and production part dramatically easier, while giving you enough variety to actually test.

If you already have the products and ideas, but you’re tired of staring at a blank Canva canvas every time you need a new Pinterest pin, this is exactly what I made the pack for.

Start with the templates, customize them for your audience, and see what sticks.

I really like the idea of using editable Canva templates for home decor Pinterest pins, especially the moodboard and product collage approach. For someone just starting with Pinterest, which template style would you recommend using first to create engaging pins without making the design look too crowded?

Hey! Hmmmm, very good question. In my experience, the best-performing pins for affiliate marketing are when you place large, readable text in the middle of the pin. Then, of course, you can place your URL slug under the headline (to indicate who created it in case someone else tries to take the pin and repost it as theirs + you redirect people to your website), and then under it, add a CTA button.

Even though it’s a flat pin, buttons help us understand what we need to do, so using button CTAs on your pins is important (even though even I, when I’m rushing, sometimes forget), but it’s recommended. And around it, place the items.

But there is no one rule, to be honest. You need to test various formats. Your audience may like the “crowded” look. Again, in my experience, people like “crowded,” which is subjective, but I make quite crowded pins, and I think the reason they perform well is because people see a lot of options they can choose from instead of just a couple.

I hope that answered the question, and if you have more, always feel free to ask 🙂 I’m more than happy to answer and help!
